• All pieces are custom made just for you and shipped from the UK. My turnaround time is 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday), this may change during peak times (please check my homepage & Shipping Policy for any changes)

• Once shipped, UK orders are shipped 2nd class and International orders are sent 'Standard' (please see my Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times once dispatched)

• Rush my Order: Upgrade to 'Rush my Order' in the checkout to have your order prioritised and shipped within 2 working days (This upgrade speeds up manufacture but not shipping estimates)

• Every product in my shop is completely bespoke and made to order by me, therefore if you have any specific requirements or would like something slightly different from the description or photographs please message me and I will do my best to fulfil your request.

• Each piece is individually made by me to your specifications ONCE it has been ordered, pieces are not premade.

• Each design and letter is individually hammered one strike at a time by me. There are no machines involved and everything is freehand. Because of this, there will be some variations in the spacing, depth of the designs and placement; this is not to be considered a defect but to a part of the beauty of the piece.
