If you place your order for this category of our products, we will ship within 2-3 days if the goods of the required size and color are available. An individual order within the standard size chart without changing the design.

If there is no desired color or size available, the production can take up 2-3 weeks.
Why? If the sole is not in stock, its production needs to be ordered from partners.

Custom-made order:
When we make an custom order, we make individual patterns according to your measurements and your requested length, width and shape.
We also order from partners a shoe last of the requested shape and the sole and heels of the chosen color, the width and leather of your preferred color and quality.
This makes the complete production to reach the period of 2-3 months, as each production process requires 2-3 weeks.
This can not be accelerated, since the number of employees is small and the designer has a two-months waiting list.
Please, place your order taking all these into consideration.
If you want your order to be made and sent faster, we cannot accept it as a custom-made.

< Fit recommendation: Our boots run mostly exactly to the size. Please measure the length of your foot and determine the appropriate size based on our size chart. We’d especially ask people wearing a size between 8 and 9.5 to compare their foot length to our size chart to choose a size.
< EU sizing: Please note that we use premium Italian leather soles for our shoes. Because these soles run in European sizes, we have included the converted US sizing within the size chart. Again, you will receive EU-sized shoes based on your selection (among these sizes - 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44). We hope this conversion table helps you with determining the proper fit.
